Winbrooks is a land and property development company based in West Sussex, creating homes across the South East of England.

Because of our desire to build in a sustainable and energy efficient way, our construction work is carried out by our joint venture partner S. Harlow Period Oak Ltd. This enables us to build high quality traditional oak frame houses using S. Harlow Period Oak's expertise. This gives our clients the opportunity to be involved in the specification of their property, providing them with a bespoke product.
